Custom Made-to-Order Products
All our products are custom printed on-demand specifically for you after you place your order. Because of this personalized nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or color preference.
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective in printing or materials
- Incorrect item or design
We will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you.
Reporting Issues
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if there's a problem. Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the defective or damaged item
- Description of the issue
Replacement Process
Once we verify the issue, we'll arrange for a replacement to be printed and shipped to you. Please note that replacements typically take 7-14 business days for production and delivery.
No Returns Necessary
You do not need to return defective items to us. Once we've verified the issue with photos, we'll send your replacement.
